Kitchen: Well equipped with an excellent range of facilities wrapped in cool local slate with fridge/freezer, dual fuel range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring own pods- a sample few are supplied)

Conservatory Area: With seating and magnificent views.
Lounge: With corner set electric stove, TV and DVD and access to conservatory.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3: With double bed and TV.
Bedroom 4: With twin beds.

Facilities
All fuel, electric and bed linen and towels included. Wi-fi available. Travel cot and high chair available. Hair driers are also provided.

Outside there is a sitting area with garden furniture and a BBQ

Private off road parking for 3 cars.  
Please note: There is an unfenced small beck running through the bottom of the garden so any children must be supervised at all times.
